For organizers
Run your tournament. Not a spreadsheet.
Registrations, payments, check-in, pairings and live standings in one place. You pay by event size, never a commission on tickets.
Registration and payment
Free, paid through Check-mates (soon) or through your own payment system. Business tickets ask for a VAT number.
Check-in at the door
Volunteers scan tickets with their phone, even offline.
Pairings and results
Swiss and round robin, with tools for the arbiter. Players enter their results at the board.
Live standings
A public page anyone can follow, no account needed. With a projector view for the playing hall.
Events and tournaments
Waitlist, staff and spectators don’t count. Same price whether players pay through Check-mates, your own system, or nothing.
40 players
Up to 64 players
€36 per event
Every feature in every size. Grow later and pay only the difference.
Already use your own payment page?
Keep it. Players register on Check-mates, pay you your way, and you tick them off by pasting the payment references from your bank. Or run a free event: same features, same size price.
